Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HomeSprint Ltd.'s website, applications, and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. The Services
HomeSprint provides a platform that helps renters, roommates, and landlords discover compatible matches and communicate. We are not a party to any rental agreement between users. We do not own, operate, lease, or manage the properties listed on the Services.
4. User content and conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, photos, messages, profile information). You grant HomeSprint a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the Services. You agree not to: post false, misleading, or infringing content; harass or discriminate against other users; circumvent verification or fees; scrape or reverse-engineer the Services; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
5. Listings and verification
We take reasonable steps to verify users and listings, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the identity of any user, or the suitability of any match. Always exercise judgment, view properties in person where possible, and use official channels for payments and contracts.
6. Fees
Basic use of the Services is currently free. We may introduce paid features in the future; any fees will be disclosed before you incur them. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your transactions on or through the Services.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including the HomeSprint name, logo, software, and design, are owned by HomeSprint Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific match will result in a successful rental.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeSprint and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed ILS 500 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeSprint from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your use of the Services.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
